The Self Experience is a therapeutic and creative space for people moving through change, uncertainty, or inner questioning.

It is a space to:
  • slow down
  • listen inward
  • explore what is emerging within you

Through transpersonal art therapy, we work with the whole of your experience —
body, mind, emotion, and inner world — not just thoughts or problems.

This is not about fixing you.

It is about meeting yourself more fully.

It is about meeting yourself more fully.



Rather than focusing only on talking or analysing, we also work with images, symbols, and creative expression.

These often reveal things that are difficult to access through words alone.





In this approach, images are not just something you create —
they are something you can listen to and relate with.

When something is expressed visually or symbolically, it creates distance and clarity.
It becomes something you can observe, reflect on, and enter into dialogue with.

This allows you to:

see patterns more clearly
access different perspectives within yourself
connect with parts of you that may not usually have a voice

This reflects the understanding that we are not one fixed self, but have multiple aspects of being that can be explored and integrated



A central part of this work is recognising that you already hold a range of internal resources.

These can include:

insight
imagination
emotional awareness
creativity
intuition

In transpersonal therapy, these are not seen as abstract ideas, but as real, accessible capacities that can be engaged through experience.

We draw from multiple dimensions of being —
body, mind, world, and spirit — as sources of resilience and strength

The process helps you access and apply these resources, especially during times of change or difficulty.
